Are there any setup requirements?

You must provide a flat, clear area at least 15 × 15 ft for standard units. Grass, concrete, and asphalt are fine—no water, mud, or debris.

What is required for school or gym rentals?

Indoors: access to power (110 V outlet), 10 ft ceiling clearance, and cleaned floor space. Outdoors: level ground and proximity to a power source.

How much is the deposit?

A refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your booking, refundable upon safe return and timely cancellation (48-hour notice).

What is your cancellation policy?

Full refund if canceled 48+ hours before event. 50% refund if within 24–48 hours. No refund if less than 24 hours.

Yes, all school events require a $1 million liability insurance policy listing Master Party Rental as additional insured.

What surfaces can you set up on?

We accommodate grass, concrete, asphalt, gym floors, and carpets—provided the area is clear of obstacles.
